This is a newly created position. We are ready to hire immediately!

  • Provide high level administrative support to the Human Resources department
  • Perform benefits administration for enrollments and changes. Ensure benefits invoices are processed accurately for payment each month
  • Responsible for answering questions in regard to benefit packages
  • Maintain all benefit files and processes new hire benefit elections in ADP Workforce Now and Insurance Carrier Portals. Assist associates with benefit enrollments and changes
  • Serve as the main point of contact for HR business request and problem resolution
  • Assists with recruiting efforts including posting jobs, updating and monitoring job postings, preparing offer letters, and processing background checks
  • Handle new hire onboarding in the benefits, payroll, and timekeeping systems, completion of Form I-9's, and creation of personnel and benefits files
  • Process terminations and outboarding
  • Prepare new hire welcome packets, sending pre-hire notifications, and processing paperwork. Continually update onboarding forms and information
  • Assist with open enrollment including employee communication, updating benefit plans in ADP, sending notices to COBRA participants, tracking and processing benefit changes and reconciling benefit elections in ADP Workforce Now with payroll
  • Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
  • Ad Hoc reporting
  • Perform other general administrative duties such as answering phones, copying, data entry, filing, and mailings
  • Handle confidential material discreetly and in accordance with established policies and procedures
Qualified Candidates will possess the following:
Proven track record handling confidential information

Must have working knowledge and understanding of compliance

Must have working knowledge and understanding of records management

Excellent attention to detail, verbal/written communication, and organizational skills

Ability to problem solve and work independently

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Excel spreadsheets. Prior experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred

High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred

At least 2 years of Human Resources Assistant or HR Coordinator experience

Ability to pass an extensive background check
