Lead the electronic component production and testing operations at the company.
Communicate job/task expectations to production employees by planning, monitoring, and maintaining work-flow of all production processes and procedures.
Maintain adequate knowledge of products and equipment to ensure the ability to direct employees to perform the job properly.
Coordinate and supervise the training of production employees.
Monitor, develop, and update work flow processes and use of equipment to increase efficiency of the department and/or production crew to maintain the lowest level of downtime and product costs possible.
Maintain information on work orders in the ERP system and split jobs when necessary.
Supervise the flow of product through the production process ensuring quality, efficiency and expediency are a priority.
Assist with organizing, and overseeing the work flow of the production floor, production employees, and production processes for all shifts of production manufacturing and assembly of Ultra-ICE Corporation products.
Assist with setting production priorities to meet purchase order deadlines and schedules; developing and maintaining production tracking and prioritization procedures and systems.
Please note: This person must be willing to work evenings and weekends as workload dictates.

5+ years of supervisory experience of over 10 people (prefer someone with 3 years of supervisory experience in aviation or electronics assembly).
2+ years of computer experience and exposure to inventory management software.
2+ years of experience in an aviation, auto, electronics or other electronic assembly environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
This position works with export-controlled material. Only US persons (US Citizen or lawful permanent resident) are able to work with export-controlled material.
Must be able to help team deliver quality product on time.
