The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for the communication strategy, execution and coordination of digital content and will have experience in cross-channel marketing and content optimization including video, website, social media marketing, blog and landing page development.
How you'll add value:
Create, edit, proof and manage the production of digital content optimized for driving demand and awareness (video, calculators, quizzes, podcasts, etc. ) that is consistent with the organization’s brand, style and tone
Oversee video content strategy, producing, creating shot lists, developing storylines and scripts. Work with agency to film and edit final videos as needed
Develop distribution strategy to disseminate video across social channels for maximum reach
Support content team with providing written content of all types from blogs to long-form ebooks, and emails as needed
Development and implementation of content on Wordpress website. Management of resource library
Management of Drift Chatbot playbooks. Write, build and test to optimize for engagement and capture of MQL
Work with team and SEO agency and optimize web content to drive increased organic traffic to website
Social Media Management
Manage and execute calendar for social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo, YouTube & others) and track and report competitive social media metrics
Develop campaigns and programs for optimal engagement, reach and increased website traffic.
Manage, monitor and respond daily to social consumers
Drive relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to both spread our brand and our content and links.
Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing customers and leads and from brand new audiences that don’t yet know us.
Create social tools used for sales enablement
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
2-3 years of professional Digital Content experience
2-3 years of SEO knowledge a must
Basic digital marketing and basic HTML knowledge a must
A mastery for storytelling and community building via written and visual communication
Experience with social listening, content management, and analytics tools: Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Crimson Hexagon, Sprinklr, etc
Experience with WordPress, Pardot and/or other online blog platforms
Experience with basic design tools such as canva, photoshop, or the like.
