What You’ll Get to Do:
You will be responsible for developing targeting packages, joining disparate data sets to identify non-obvious relationships to build out network relationships at all levels, and communicating findings to senior customers for action. You must have a sound understanding of computer network operations and computer security who can provide guidance on how to develop both short- and long-term operations using a variety of tools. Personnel for this position must possess an understanding of the customer’s organization and business processes.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
Masters degree or 10+ years of equivalent experience in relevant field
Demonstrated experience writing and collating project packages
Must have extensive experience and knowledge of customer projects. The technical officer will be expected to work with components to develop leads for future projects through strong technical analysis and targeting expertise.
Specific expertise with customer data sets and tools is required to best support the requirements for this position.
Senior level direct experience as a technical targeter and or technical operator or in a closely related field
Senior level direct experience assimilating and evaluating large amount of data drawn from multiple intelligence types and data sets, converting findings into future work activities.
Demonstrated ability working with an array of tools and databases through past work experience
Extensive knowledge of networking technology and protocols, network/cyber security, and information security practices
Some experience performing network packet inspection, traffic analysis, performance characterization (e.g. Wireshark, tcpdump, etc.)
Experience developing and maintaining contacts across organizations to effectively support and coordinate the sharing of information
Demonstrated experience interactive with all levels of client base
Demonstrated strong writing and briefing skills
Ability to work in a team environment and under short deadlines
Must be a self-starter, and have the ability to exercise sound personal judgement in unfamiliar or ambiguous situations
Must be able to travel CONUS and OCONUS
Demonstrated experience in the field
