8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Half hour lunch
Monday - Friday
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Employee is required to be sworn in as Deputy Prothonotary for the Office of Judicial Support in order to work on Children and Youth Services' court materials. In addition, the employee must fully learn the state database system (CPCMS) and utilize it for all court documents. The information in the database must be maintained timely and accurately at all times.

The clerical unit is an integral and important part of the Legal Services Children and Youth Services office. Accurate clerical services, performed within strict time frames, are essential so that Children and Youth Services' cases are accurate and up-to-date. Employee may be required to adjust their normal work day in order to assure the timely processing of agency material. Employee may also be required to work in any Children and Youth Services office site as requested.

Specific duties of this position include the following, but are not limited to: utilization of the state database system (CPCMS), typing of any and all case material (i.e. petitions, proposed court orders, subpoenas, notice material, dockets, court orders, memos to the court, bench warrants, motions, case records, forms, correspondence, court summaries, etc.), receptionist and other duties as assigned.
