Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of work experience in an analytical role.
Experience with SQL, data-warehouse tables, and operational data.
Experience specifying requests at a detailed, field-level or SQL/pseudo code level.
Experience or detailed knowledge of e-commerce, order management, supply chain process, and financial models.
Proficiency in various dash boarding techniques, and experience with tableau.
Proficiency in various BI-reporting and dash boarding tools – both from a report-design perspective and from hands-on delivery/refinement to end user needs.
Effective business analytical mindset, with ability to critically analyze problems and provide creative solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

As part of the Google Store analytics team you will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to drive our consumer hardware e-commerce business. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will use your technology insight, business acumen and creativity to build and maintain scalable data pipelines solutions and automate reporting to generate insights. You will build tools and dashboard updates so the leadership team can see quickly and accurately how their business and programs are performing. You will be involved in defining user requirements, building and maintaining the data infrastructure, designing reports, and ensuring timely delivery to the end users.

Build data pipelines associated with Google Store's current and historical business performance, customer purchase activity, and programs reporting.
Understand customer's reporting requirements, and create/present business and/or functional requirements specification documents for engineers to refer to.
Maintain current dashboards and data infrastructure while building new tools to address the growing business reporting, analytics and data requirements.
Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams.
Work towards ensuring the analyst teams are using the right data. Understand data quality concerns from the stakeholders and come up with satisfactory solutions.
