## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects, manage teams, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
## Duties
- Supervise and lead construction crews on various projects
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan and execute construction tasks
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and clients to meet project requirements
- Train and mentor junior carpenters on best practices
## Experience
- Proven experience in carpentry and construction management
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and project documentation
- Understanding project management
- Ability to lead and manage effectively
- Excellent communication skills
