CACI is currently looking for Partner Coordinator with agile methodology experience to join our BEAGLE (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge Information Technology) Agile Solution Factory (ASF) Team supporting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) client located in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

As a member of the BEAGLE ASF Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation’s safety, security, and prosperity. CBP agents and officers are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity.

The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial.

The ideal candidate is a professional with prior experience in Subcontractor Administration. Successful candidate shall have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and experience with Subcontractor teaming agreements. This individual will interface independently across the team as well as directly with Subcontractor stakeholders using strong verbal and written communications skills to develop and maintain great working relationships with all stakeholders.

What you’ll get to do:
Serve as a focal point for the administration of Subcontractors, which includes:

Maintenance of Teaming agreements with Subcontract Vendors.
Collaborates with management to coordinate yearly activities associated with purchase order (PO) creation; funding allocation, rate adjustments, and personnel.
Partners with Vendors to reconcile issues, coordinating corrective actions until resolution is complete.
Tracks and reconciles all costs against POs.
Program liaison for all Subcontractor invoice related questions.
Monitors Small Business Goals and Project Workshare Goals.

You have:
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria will include:
3 year check for felony convictions
1 year check for illegal drug use
1 year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
College degree (B.A.; B.S.) in a related discipline.
Professional Experience: at least three (3) year related experience; particularly working on government contracts
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

You are good at:
Interfacing with key stakeholders and working closely with project support teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic; self-starter

Bonus would be having:
Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems
Experience working on unusually complicated problems and providing creative solutions, exhibiting resourcefulness.
Periodically develops data which goes beyond existing boundaries of information in field.
Acts independently to expose and resolve problems.
