Seeking a Full Time dedicated and professional Housekeeper to work full time to run the household. This includes but not limited to perform housekeeping duties that consist of deep cleaning all surfaces to ensure there is no dust due to allergies. Organizing pantry and closets and cleaning those areas. Tidying up as needed throughout the week. Additionally, be able to place meal orders upon request of homeowner and perform laundry duties as needed. You will be responsible for running errands for homeowner as directed to include laundromat, alterations, grocery store, etc. You must communicate repair
and maintenance needs to homeowner and schedule maintenance with external
vendors. It is required that you be available for all scheduled maintenance repairs
at the home. Organize and run parties and other events as directed by the
homeowner. Be avai9labl.e to clean following any party hosted by the homeowner or the next morning based on agreed upon time. Serve as a point of contact for emergencies and urgent queries, handle travel arrangements for homeowner and assist with packing for activities.
Schedule grooming and vet appointments as needed for family pet and be able to
drop off and pick up pet from appointments.
It should be noted that his is a full time job and that homeowner is in the process of building a home and the housekeeper will facilitate moving and the hiring of vendors to facilitate this process.
It is imperative that the candidate have a working phone where he or she can be reached.
