Prime Stone Design is one of the fast expanding industry leaders in the Northern Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC region offering an impressive variety of custom design options that include Engineered Quartz, Sintered Stone and Natural Stone by using latest innovative technologies. Prime Stone Design seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence with CUSTOM HOME BUILDER accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets with custom home builders.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients
- Manage projects from inception to completion ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
*Requirements*
- Previous work experience with builders preferred
- Previous countertop sales experience preferred
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or relevant role
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies
- Proficiency in project management and strategic planning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
