Owner Relations Coordinator

Natural Retreats US, LLC - Park City, UT

The primary function of this position will be acquiring and maintaining privately owned properties for nightly rental management purposes. This position will work with directly with the General Manager to determine the most profitable product mix with respect to properties maintained and services provided to owners. They will be the primary interface with owners in regard to rental nights, property revenues and general servicing of the owners as partners. This individual will also be integral in advising the marketing and sales departments of the product mix, pricing and distribution channels. (Uniform dress not required by the position).


Assist with soliciting owners for property management services.
Manage monitoring property inventory and profitability.
Interact with owners on general concerns of contracted services.
Act as main point of contact for client relations matters regarding NR Partners & Owners.
Assist with informing department heads of individual responsibilities towards each property.
Coordinate with department heads services needed in each property (housekeeping, maintenance, etc).
Be a team leader in market knowledge and trends in both the travel industry & real estate community
Direct the inspections of properties on a regular basis.
Assist with reviewing and revising rental management contract on an on-going basis.
Assist with developing strategies to implement within the management contract, which will achieve the desired competitive edge.
Maintain an intimate knowledge of each of the local resorts, other lodging companies, local property inventory, local services and amenities to strategically position Natural Retreats within the local lodging industry.
Assist with establishing property minimum inventory requirements.
Responsible for coordinating fulfilment of owner request & billing of such items requested.
Administer quarterly inspections of contracted properties.
Oversee the generating and delivery of Monthly owner statements.
Arrange all new property files and organize filing of owner statements each month.
Assist with developing property pro-formas as needed.
Assist NR owners with any concierge related needs.
Develop & Maintain quality relationships with community members
Supervise seasonal concierge team member during ski season to help assist with owner arrivals and concierge needs.
Assist in communicating with the real estate community regarding their rental property inquiries.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum of 3-4 years? experience in hospitality or sales
