Project Coordinator – Employee Relations Team

The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting in the daily coordination of projects and operational processes in the firm-wide Employee Relations (ER) Team. This includes the careful use of firm, client, and employee confidential information in preparing and maintaining project plans and documentation, coordination of operational processes, logistics and resource planning, and communicating to internal and external client vendors. The Project Coordinator will work closely with other members of the group in coordinating these responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Assists ER team in preparing and maintaining project plans, documentation, and communication for projects
Assist with coordination of operational processes, resource management, and logistics planning
Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, which includes administrative tasks and all key stakeholders in the project
Track project progress, and identify and escalate project obstacles to team leaders and communicate with other key stakeholders
Schedule meetings, including site selection, travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, presentations, developing agendas, preparing minutes in support of assigned projects, distributing meeting materials, and tracking meeting attendance. May attend meetings as required by project and/or assignment.
Initiate, develop and maintain confidential documentation and communication with internal and external clients and vendors as appropriate
Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years’ experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics and tables, speaker notes & handouts, etc.
Ability to communicate both verbally and written with diverse audiences
Ability to protect, maintain, and manage confidential information, understanding each situation’s ‘need to know’ team and communicating appropriately
Demonstrates a working knowledge of the technology tools required
Effective organization and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Understanding and ability to use SharePoint
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Education or experience in Human Resources
Exhibited practice in projects aligned with HR topics
