Selling janitorial services in the Mid-Atlantic Area. You MUST have 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the JANITORIAL SERVICE INDUSTRY to be considered, otherwise, please do not apply.

Currently reviewing resumes for a friendly, dependable, experienced, and well organized individual to work in a fast paced environment for a well established Facility Services provider.

We are a privately held corporation that provides commercial, educational, governmental, and industrial Janitorial Services throughout the Mid-Atlantic areas.

We are not a franchise.

We are actively involved in the industry and belong to and participate in many associations and groups including BOMA, IFMA, NAIOP, and the USGBC, just to name a few. We are also members of many of the local Chamber of Commerce.

Primary Job Functions:

  • Outside sales in the Baltimore / DC / NoVA / Philly Area
  • Consistent cold call activity at the decision maker level
  • Executive level presentations
  • Proposal generation and prepare bids package
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales objectives
  • Ability to develop new accounts
  • Understand the building financial and life cycle analyses
  • Track and update all potential sales opportunities in the CRM daily
  • Ability to attend trade shows, conferences and networking events
  • Must sell new business and maintain existing accounts
  • Work as a team player in developing large and national account business

Requirements:

  • 5+ years sales and marketing experience required in the JANITORIAL SERVICE INDUSTRY .
  • B.S or B.A. in marketing, business or related degree preferred
  • Experience in selling to the commercial real estate decision makers
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow up
  • Experience in cold calling
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills, presentation skills, and computer skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain a constant market analysis of existing target areas. Develop trends for future business
  • Maintain technical knowledge on products of the industry
  • Must be self-starter and have strong work ethic
