Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Crew Lead at Synergy Milling Contractors. The Crew Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring the timely completion of projects. The Crew Lead will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to team members, monitoring productivity, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
- Experience in construction or milling industry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with construction equipment and tools
- CAD software knowledge.
