Community Healthlink, Inc., (CHL) a multi-service; non-profit behavioral health care organization located in Central Massachusetts, is seeking a Vice President of Operations (VP OPS). CHL is a $70 million operation that is a member organization of UMass Memorial Healthcare, which is a $2 billion organization.

The Chief Operating Officer manages multiple departments at Community Healthlink (CHL) including Facilities and Information Technology. This position reports directly to the CEO and is a key member of the senior management team.
Oversees the Agency Compliance Program, ensuring management and employees are in compliance with regulatory requirements, manage investigation and disposition of complaints or adverse incidents.
Oversees all aspects of facility management, including leasing and acquisition of buildings, contracting for design and renovations, maintenance, licensing, security and disaster planning.
Oversees Information Technology department, including operation and support of Electronic Health Record, Finance, Billing and HR systems.
Encourages and supports diverse views and approaches, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, respect, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients and visitors.
Master’s Degree in business administration, human services administration or related field.
Five years or more of related experience that demonstrates knowledge of operations in a behavioral health organization or related industry.
Minimum of seven years related supervisory experience a must, with a minimum of five years senior management experience preferred.
Ability to perform daily management in a busy multi-service health organization.
Superior management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports.
Able to diplomatically and professionally interact with stakeholders concerning routine and escalated matters. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident presentation skills.
Solid proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Must be able to pass a CORI background check
