SUMMARY:
As a professional motorcoach operator, the ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to interact positively with customers and field personnel to ensure the safe and timely transportation of our customers. This role is based in our Southwest Crew Change division and will be a split shift position and consists of transporting craft workers from designated parking areas to the job sites. Drivers will return
home daily with
no overnight travel and be responsible for compliance with all DOT, FMCSA, pre-trip and post-trip procedures and guidelines.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides safe and efficient transportation of passengers via motorcoach along designated routes in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conducts comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and reports any mechanical issues to ensure safe operating conditions.
- Acts as the front-line point of contact to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to our customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Communicates with field personnel to report any delays, incidents, or concerns.
- Promotes safety awareness and follows safety procedures to avoid incidents and accidents.
- Completes all required documentation and maintains driver logs according to company regulations.

Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A or B CDL License with Passenger Endorsement and Airbrakes.
- Compliant with state and federal DOT requirements.
- Minimum of 2 consecutive years of verifiable U.S. professional driving experience.
- At least 23 years old.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Requires knowledge of local, state, and federal DOT standards and regulations.
