What we need:
Within the Commercial PMO group, we are seeking a commercial project manager (CPM) to lead tactical projects which will require completing key activities to launch products with specific regions. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead activities associated to the commercial release of new products. This is a critical role and applicants should have a track record of success in delivering new products to market. The focus of this position will be on the commercial release of the top regions based on the successful hand-off from the project core team and completion of first human use product launches in the EU and US regions.
What You’ll do:
As a Project Manager at Stryker Neurovascular, you will lead cross-functional teams to the delivery of commercial release medical devices used by surgeons. You will commercially release products which are part of Stryker’s Minimally Invasive Surgery platform, allowing surgeons to perform procedures through small incisions and to avoid opening the patient and causing unnecessary trauma and risk. You will monitor performance and recommend schedule change, cost adjustment or resource allocation. Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.
You will plan and combine the efforts of Marketing, Sales, Global Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and more to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.
What you have:
This job requires a degree in engineering or related technical field and a minimum of 4 or more years of experience.
A PMP certification – is preferred .
MS Project is a plus.
Bilingual (Japanese) experience preferred.
