Looking for a positive, motivated and professional individual to join our Goodwill HR team!
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Create and post job vacancy notices as directed, routing application materials to hiring managers as appropriate; coordinate and assist with interviews as needed.
Conduct background and credentialing checks as needed for both new hires and promotions.
Provide training and support to managers with performance evaluations to ensure all steps are accurately completed and that objectives are measurable.
Revise all job descriptions and performance evaluations as needed.
Coordinate and process all Workers Compensation claims and ensure timely follow up and adherence with restrictions; act as liaison with agency insurance carriers and employees.
Coordinate Dot and Non-Dot random drug screening quarterly as appropriate.
Conduct annual salary surveys.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Prepares EEO, ASR, Hepatitis B and other statistical reports as required and as directed.
Coordinate the implementation of data and completion of goals for Affirmative Action Plan and Procedure, working with the Vice President of Human Resources.
Maintain, revise and execute the Cultural Competency plan as needed.
Coordinate the Volunteer program for people wanting to help out in retail stores.
Conduct annual driving record checks verifying driving eligibility in July.
Actively participate in monthly Safety Committee, as Committee Secretary, taking concise meeting minutes
Wage and Benefits
40 solid hours a week at $14.00/hour, Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

high school diploma or GED. An Associate's Degree is preferred!
