A small law firm specializing in employment law is looking for an attorney with 1-5 years of experience in litigation - experience in employment law is strongly preferred.
The attorney will be responsible for communicating with clients and witnesses, drafting discovery, responding to discovery, conducting legal research, attending court hearings, attending depositions, and law and motion practice. Training will be provided.
