Precision’s Enterprise Strategy group is an essential component in the execution of Publicis Media’s plan to develop more flexible and bespoke digital media agency models for our clients. The Enterprise Strategy function is the primary group responsible for all client-direct consulting work for Precision with specific responsibility to develop, sell-in, and execute projects for clients. The types of projects that Enterprise Strategy is typically responsible for are related to operating models, solution design, platform configuration, and resource planning across AdTech and digital media categories.
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of a consulting project – including management and coordination of all deliverables included in the project scope. Key deliverables will typically include the creation of high quality artifacts that help organize and align our internal teams while ensuring client expectations are met. This position will be responsible for the management of multiple projects at a time, coordinating with various stakeholders, and providing regular updates to senior leadership. Projects typically vary in length between 6-8 weeks to several months.
This role will have the unique responsibility of creating project and process frameworks that accelerate and scale our ability to deliver on consulting project opportunities.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
Management and coordination of all Enterprise Strategy projects and process workflows (internal and external) & reinforcement of milestones and deadlines
Coordination of internal resources and assets
Responsible for developing standardized project management workflows and templates that scale across our existing consulting frameworks
Oversee the organization and management of all templates and artifacts for the full team
Work closely with cross-functional consulting and subject matter expert groups within the organization to ensure timely delivery of quality work product
Become the bridge to connect and integrate various disciplines
Proactively problem solve and identify issues before they arrive
A strong conceptual thinker who can input on ways to reinvent our process, approach, and product
A subject matter expert in your own right – having an ability to input on client challenges specific to programmatic, search and social digital media buying
Understanding of digital landscape; must concisely communicate complex technical advertising language in an accessible manner; i.e. Programmatic, Social, Search, CTV, Data etc.
3-5 years of experience in media agency or adtech positions related to project, operational, or account management
Extremely organized with extreme attention to detail
Can manage complexity and ambiguity comfortably and work in a highly matrixed environment
Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously
Takes initiative; self-starter
Strong Presentation and Communications skills; written, verbal and in-person
Familiar with project management tools (Clarizen, MS Project, Smartsheets, MS Teams, etc.)
