Our client, a global provider of data is seeking an extremely organized candidate to support their Chief Technology Officer and team with administrative and project related tasks. In this role you will partner with other Executive Assistants and the Chief of Staff juggling requests across the organizations global teams. Your attention to detail, ability to plan ahead while responding effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility and composure will ensure you are a success in this role. This is a long term temp role that will last at least three months with a potential to be extended.
Support Chief Technology Officer, Head of Product Engineering, Head of Technology Strategy, Head of Architecture
Manage complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel including creating itineraries
Lead and execute employee engagement initiatives
Organize, execute and assist with staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events
Arrange quarterly meetings with the Executive Committee and all related meetings preceding
Schedule and host monthly Global Staff Meetings and Extended Leadership Meetings
Employee on-boarding, off-boarding, and maintaining out of office records
Management of team space, including moves and reconfigurations.
Reconcile expense report and submission
Must have supported Senior management level
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while completing projects in timely manner
Project management, event management, and program management skills preferred
High levels of integrity and discretion
Impeccable attention to detail
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word management skills
Strong and effective problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
Excellent and effective organizational and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously in a relatively unstructured environment
