Role Summary:Role Summary/Purpose:
In the role of Data Management - Program Manager you will;
Responsible for leading strategy and adoption of Global data collaboration products to meet company requirements.
Responsible for leading operational support teams for BHGE’s Data Collaboration Platforms including SharePoint, Office 365, Box and other collaborative storage platforms.
Successful candidate will proactively monitor the health of the platforms, drive continued improvement to the platforms, and resolve any issues that may be presented.
A deep understanding of the collaborative data platforms is essential and a willingness to learn and successfully deploy new technologies.
Successful candidates have proactive ‘can do’ attitude, superior communication skill with end users and IT management, excellent problem-solving skills, proven experience in taking the lead with coordinating incident resolution working with multiple teams on outage bridges, and in-depth knowledge of systems.
Provide operational and strategic leadership for BHGE data collaboration platforms including SharePoint, Public Folders, Box, and OneDrive for Business and other collaborative storage technologies.
Articulate solutions and migration paths for disparate systems to new common platforms within combined organization.
Develop and ensure data collaboration platforms are maintained in a compliant manner aligning with company and external standards and requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field or equivalent. 7+ years relevant domain experience.
Experienced people manager, able to lead team in a complex environment
Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate with all levels within the organization to drive adoption and sponsorship of key collaboration programs.
Demonstrated knowledge in data collaboration solutions, design, build and management
Experience working within a remote distributed team
Advanced knowledge of business processes and IT industry trends and developments.
Demonstrated strong technical competence within area of expertise and strong ability to develop and implement high-level systems strategies.
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Office 365. Microsoft Exchange and Operating Systems. General understanding of database technologies.
Broad knowledge of applications systems analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills.
Ability to work in fast paced, structured team environment and have collaboration skills.
