The Product and Solutions Activation (PSA) team is part of the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) organization, and is responsible for creating performance and brand solutions for SMBs. We are the product and business experts, behind the thousands of GCS Googlers and advertisers. We’re responsible for driving sustainable business growth and product adoption across the GCS channel for our product areas.
GCS PSA’s role is to bring product to market, and market to product. We’re responsible for driving the commercialization strategy for Google’s business and shaping the product roadmap with the specific requirements of our diverse group of SMB advertisers. GCS PSA’s mission is to grow global product business by shaping product direction, launching new products to market, empowering our sales teams with impactful sales resources, and capturing and channeling customer feedback to product. We work closely with Product, the Global Product teams and the GCS commercial organizations, providing exposure and insight to these teams.

Partner closely with PSA Global Product Leads and Strategy teams to identify, prioritize, design and execute projects to analyze product performance across GCS.
Lead communication of findings, recommendations, and implications for product/Go-To-Market strategy to leadership and stakeholders.
Manage overall priorities for Product Analytics team, including project prioritization and stakeholder alignment/communications.
Identify areas to improve operations and drive higher productivity and throughput.
Motivate, coach and guide a team of versatile product analysts in driving high impact/high quality output that can shape GCS product and GTM strategy.
