- Responsibilities
- - Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner- Host and lead parties, ensuring all activities run smoothly- Manage event logistics and ensure guest satisfaction-Enforces all rules and regulations promptly and professionally; notifies the appropriate professional on duty staff member of inappropriate behavior of facility users.
- · responsible for maintaining rules and ensuring that games are played fairly while running a variety game modes
- · Coaching new customers how to play and use equipment.
- · Maintain cleanliness and safety checks throughout the shift,
- · Responds quickly, efficiently, and professionally to any emergency; completes necessary paperwork and notifies the appropriate managerial staff member.
- · Enforces safety- from game play to equipment worn by players.
- · Party Hosts must provide a relaxing experience for the parents while ensuring the guest of honor enjoys the special day.
- · Party Host must possess a confident and fun personality, be able to follow a schedule of events, and have professional communication skills.
- · Cooks’ Personal hygiene is of utmost importance, cooks must be clean shaven, hair restrained, and clothing must be tidy Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized party area- Ensure the safety of all guests, especially children- Assist with food service and catering needs- Utilize public speaking skills to engage with guests
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of events management is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions in some positions
- Experience working with children is desirable
- Background in theater or performance arts is beneficial

· Must maintain a high level of concentration and energy for extended periods of time.
· Ability to work with attention to detail.
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
· Friendly Customer service and strong communication skills.
· Must be able to multitask and stay busy during downtime.
· High school diploma or GED highly desirable
· Willingness to be a Team Player and Hard Worker.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 25 per week
