- Perform hands on plumbing, painting, patching, repair and electrical duties.
- Attend to emergency issues that are after hours and determine if a specialized contractor will need to be called.
- Mitigate facility damage during an emergency to reduce building damage.
- Provide workorder status to Operations Assistant
- Establish new contractor relationships and vet them for quality and thoroughness.
- Perform seasonal building inspections
- Manage inspections of new units according to HUD habitability and safety standards and ensure full compliance.
- Have working knowledge of building codes, ADA compliance and HUD building requirements.
- Have good customer service with clients.
- Be a dependable team player with staff.
