Manhattan Psychology Group, PC (MPG) seeks to hire new and experienced child behaviorists to work with home-bound students (ages 3+) in the 5 boroughs of NYC.
MPG is a thriving private multidisciplinary treatment practice in Manhattan. Our team of psychologists, BCBAs and special educators provide comprehensive psychological and behavioral services for toddlers, children, adolescents and adults in the greater NYC metro area.
Applicants should hold or be in training for a NY license (Social Worker, Psychologist, RBT, BCBA/LBA, Professional Counselor) with at least 3 years of experience treating children and adolescents (ages 3+) with Autism, mental health and other related behavioral issues. Applicants will provide direct service or supervise the treatment of students who are home-bound and unable to attend school in the 5 boroughs. Interventions would include assisting with ADLs, social skills training, executive function training, behavior modification, transportation assistance, homework help, and parent training.
Scheduling is flexible based on the students needs. Must be willing to travel. Pay is $50-$200/hr depending on the role and experience. Treatment supervisors will need their own malpractice insurance. Cannot already be an employee of the DOE.
