Provide outstanding customer service to all while supporting the day to day operations of a retail dispensary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet all patients with a positive and warm welcome.
Operate front desk computer, check in patients, update patient files.
Process paperwork for new patients, data entry
Provide all new patients with a brief explanation of services..
Strong computer skills with office programs.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email.
Authorities for Position
High school or equivalent
No prior experience required; however, prior experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
Work a schedule reflective of availability established at the time of hire, with the ability to increase hours based on business needs which may include weekends and/or holidays.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Must be able to lift up to a maximum of 50 lbs. occasionally without assistance.
Frequent talking, including phone use, hearing, use of hands; sitting for extended periods of time, occasional standing/walking, reaching with hands and arms, balancing, stooping, kneeling, bending and crouching.
The noise level in the work environment is moderately loud.
