As an intern, you’ll actively participate and learn strategy, creative and digital as well as logistics and event technology with our experienced teams to put the client at the center and help them connect people in meaningful, personal, and measurable ways. Interns work alongside experienced teams through brainstorming sessions, onsite projects and in-house collaboration to develop and deploy custom projects for internal and external clients. Your responsibility will be rotate through each of our departments and divisions to get a feel for the company and how it is leading the brand experience landscape. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participates in supervised meetings with customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Participates in a rotation of some or all departments noted above.
Collaborates with team members to achieve learning goals.
Executes high quality professional day-to-day execution of engagements and special projects.
Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Possess research skills.
Think creatively and contribute your perspective to your team.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Enrolled in a recognized university/college in an event management program and in alignment with the school’s internship program requirements
Proficiency in MS Office
Must be able to work in the Alexandria, VA, Washington, DC and Lanham, MD areas for the duration of the internship.
Strong desire to absorb the many facets of our business.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a team player with excellent customer service skills
Ability to demonstrate dependability and integrity
Highly motivated and interested in learning

High School Diploma or GED
Must have availabiltiy during business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and also evenings and/or weekends if required.
