Nixon Shefrin Hensen Ogburn, a highly regarded, medium size law firm, with diverse practice areas, in the Denver Tech Center, is looking for a part time billing assistant.

The billing assistant will work closely with the billing manager on editing pre-bills, finalizing and submitting electronic bills, matching A/P backup, preparing bill of costs, and other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience with TABS software
  • Familiarity and high comfort level with electronic billing programs
  • Knowledge of accounting principals
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Exhibits professionalism & confidentiality
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Pleasant demeanor, ability to work well with others
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Legal experience preferred
