Forcepoint is seeking a Business Development and Capture Executive for International Foreign Military Sales. The ideal candidate will shape, drive and manage business development efforts in support of the Global Government and Critical Infrastructure (G2CI) Business Development Team with ancillary support to the International Sales Team. This individual will be responsible for opportunity identification, qualification, lead proposal coordination and develop strategies for growth. This position reports to the Vice President, Strategic Alliances. Other duties include:

Develop and execute business development strategy specific to FORCEPOINT portfolio
Perform company and product presentation and engage with systems integrators, partners and industry to form teaming agreements to position the technology
Create Account and Country specific plans focused on long-term growth opportunities
Engage US Systems Integrators and US Government customers to identify Foreign Military Sales opportunities and position Forcepoint as a vendor of choice for cyber security, cross-domain and insider threat requirements
Proactively identify and shape opportunities and programs to directly align to the business
Assist capture management leadership on key opportunities to respond customer requests for information or solicitations
Collaborate with peer Business Development Executives on related projects and strategy
Engage with the International sales team on a constant and consistent basis to identify and drive business within their specific territories
Researching and analyzing the market to find business opportunities appropriate to this organization
Leverage existing relationships with the International Defense contacts or Systems Integrators to present technology overviews
Education and Experience ·

Must possess a proven track record of exceeding target pipeline growth goals
Strong track record of success/experience in international business development
Strong experience in working with US systems integrators on Foreign Military Sales
Ability to position FP capabilities within complex solutions for strategic opportunities for closure
MBA preferred; equivalent experience is considered
Solid foundation in cyber security technology and/or operations
Ability to understand, communicate and execute corporate objectives internally and externally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent sales presentation skills with the ability to influence and impact an audience
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Desired Skills:
Familiarity with Cross Domain, Situational Awareness Analytics, Insider Threat, Network Security, Cloud Security and Advanced Cyber Threat Protection solutions
Awareness of buying criteria and systems integrators in key markets including the UK, Canada, Australia, NATO countries, the Middle East and North Asia.
Established professional network of industry contacts
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Willingness to travel internationally approximately 30% of their time
Able to work well with a team and support others as well as working independently when required.
