Sales Enablement Manager

The Sales Enablement Manager is a key position for Vbrick. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive sales training & development program to drive revenue and empower our sales teams to be effective and productive. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working in field sales or alongside sales teams in a sales enablement role. We are looking for a self- motivated individual with a strong drive to succeed.

What you'll do:
Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the overall Sales Training Program focused on driving revenue
Manage new hire sales enablement on-boarding- logistics, planning and content.
Create new hire workshops- in person and virtual
Measure and share results of effectiveness of sales enablement investments and sales programs cross-company
Responsible for creating and executing an effective competitive, ongoing demo improvement plan
Create and implement education and formal training programs, as well as an understanding of sales methodologies, CRM usage (specifically, pipeline management, customer engagement, and other important elements of a high performing sales and learning culture

What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years sales enablement experience
5+ years enterprise SaaS field sales or sales management experience
Comfortable learning, understanding, and explaining technical concepts related to enterprise infrastructure and SaaS.
Experience with UnifiedCommunications and/or video streaming is a plus.
Demonstrated success in building a sales learning and development strategy
Ability to drive projects from idea to results with minimal guidance
Experience in a high growth, startup environment preferred
Strong experience with
Excellent communicator, including group presentations, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
