The Configuration Analyst creates, updates, tests and maintains system configuration to support design and ensure successful configuration, integration, and deployment of solutions to meet business needs.
What You’ll Do
Elicit, document and assess business requirements, define possible configuration options, configure system and support user testing.
Support integration and business process activities that utilize configuration as part of the end to end solution to meet business requirements
Provide analysis and documentation that supports configuration management, design, requirements training, traceability, and audits
Create detailed configuration design documentation that will be used by other configuration analysts to build out business rules in the system to meet business requirements
Collaborate with cross functional areas to understand configuration inter-dependencies
Triage possible issues identified and implement applicable remediation and testing to address confirmed configuration issues

Deep understanding of health payer operations (e.g. Claims, Medical Management, Provider Credentialing & Reimbursement, Product Design, Enrollment, etc) and experience configuring HealthRules Payer
Strong collaborative, proactive, and positive working style with a customer service focus.
A detailed understanding of the principles and application of system design, reengineering, project management, quality improvement, outcomes measurement, and statistical analysis.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and group facilitation skills, with the ability to convey complex/technical information in a manner that others can understand.
Flexibility to work remotely and/or travel to client locations as needed with the ability to meet multiple deadlines and handle interruptions to on-going work activities.
