Trident Construction is seeking a proven team-orientedhealthcare construction superintendent with hospital, ASC and medical officeconstruction experience. A successfulcandidate will demonstrate a history of career growth, increasing responsibilities,leadership and successful completion of healthcare projects. They will have a working knowledge ofhealthcare construction, hospital requirements and a passion for extreme clientsatisfaction. At a minimum, a viable candidatewill have at least 10 years of similar construction experience with a minimumof 5 years as a healthcare superintendent. Long-term stability with your current employer is essential.

Employing our proven TEAM BUILD process, our healthcare superintendentsparticipate in planning, design-assist, phasing work and problem solving for healthcareprojects. Our healthcare superintendentsare a critical part of the preconstruction, planning and execution team. Our team members are critical thinkers, havea passion for success and a “client first” attitude.

As the on-site project leader, our superintendents direct allwork, manage our safety program, conduct subcontractor meetings, participate andlead OAC meetings, manage and update schedules, communicate daily with the client,coordinate with client representatives, and communicate with our onsite andoffice support team members to assure project success. A successful candidate will demonstrate aworking knowledge of computer-based scheduling, project management andelectronic drawing platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year
