What will you be doing?

Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for our customers.
Engaging customers in conversation with an understanding of the products and services offered by the bank in order to cross-sell, refer, or answer inquiries regarding those products and services.
Receiving cash and checks for deposit; verifying amounts, and looking for check endorsements.
Examining cash carefully to guard against counterfeit bills and protect against fraud.
Cashing checks for customers in accordance with bank policy; entering transactions into computer system and issuing receipts.
Managing a cash drawer and balancing at end of shift.
Preparing and balancing ATM as requested.
Education/Experience

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to accurately count money and handle large amounts of cash.
Sales and excellent customer service skills.
Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.
Ability to

Stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and transport coin and currency bags as required (bags may weigh between 25lbs and 50lbs)
