Hailin Tattoo is a renowned tattoo studio, committed to delivering high-quality artistry and a superior client experience. We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and organized Shop Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the tattoo industry and skilled in managing the day-to-day operations of a thriving studio.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations and ensure a clean, smooth, organized workflow
- Manage scheduling for artists and client appointments
- Handle shop finances, including payments, supply ordering, and budgeting
- Maintain inventory of supplies and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with health department regulations and safety standards
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for staff and clients
- Manage social media accounts and assist with marketing efforts
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries
- Recruit, train, and supervise tattoo artists, apprentices, and other staff members
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial or administrative role, preferably in a tattoo shop or creative environment
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a must
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of tattoo industry regulations, best practices, and trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Proficiency in managing finances and scheduling
- Social media and marketing experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
