Hospice Nurses are part of the Interdisciplinary Team responsible for providing care in the home to maximize the patient and family's quality of life. Here's some of what we do:

  • Provide Skilled Nursing Care in a home or facility setting
  • Teach and ensure appropriate use of meds, DME, and supplies
  • Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers in the Hospice Philosophy
  • Participate in IDT and updating of the Plan of Care
  • Provide our patients and families the best care possible

Job Requirements: Qualifications include a current, valid RN License in California with a minimum of one year as a professional nurse within the last three years, current BLS/ACLS, current Driver's License, and proof of automobile insurance. We are based in Lancaster, but service all of the Antelope Valley and surrounding areas. Daily travel is required when working. One year or more of experience in either Home Health or Hospice is preferred, but not required.We offer a competitive hourly rate of pay, paid on-call, mileage, and a flexible schedule.
