You’ll fish for and lure in rockstar talent to satisfy the hiring needs of our entire organization, managing multiple job requisitions like a baker in the world’s busiest pie shop.
As WebPT’s Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be responsible for defining and leading WebPT’s talent and careers programs. You’ll rise to support our rapid growth and strengthen our recruiting model and tools. You’ll be an influencer and a leader who identifies talent gaps, and like a rapid response team, spring into action and implement sourcing tools and processes. You’ll be a vigilant strategist ensuring WebPT has robust programs for diversity and employer branding, all while scaling the team to deliver against hiring plans.
Strategize about recruiting like a world dominator in the game of Risk, while intelligently budgeting and making data-driven decisions to ensure an ongoing pipeline of top talent to fill positions at all levels of WebPT, from entry to exec.
Be a true recruiter—one who’s resourceful, results-oriented, hands-on, accustomed to working with a team, and comfortable contacting and, more importantly, connecting with candidates. Provide expert guidance, facilitation and collaboration for all senior hiring leaders to do the same.
Be a natural-born leader—one who inspires their team, embraces every moment as a teaching (or learning) opportunity, and provides constructive coaching and meaningful challenges around interviewing best practices, offer recommendations, negotiating/creating job offers, closing, and administrative functions involved in full cycle recruiting.

Know how to roll up your sleeves. We have a lot of brass tacks here, and we like to get down to ’em. You’ll dive right in to developing and implementing workforce plans, refining hiring forecasting capabilities, and establishing key recruiting metrics to measure team effectiveness and provide data-driven, actionable insights.
10+ years of broad recruiting and leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years managing teams.
A successful track-record of talent acquisition management at a rapidly growing technology company.
Deep expertise in social media, digital marketing and recruiting platforms/tools, and employer brand best practices.
Strong emotional intelligence competencies and ability to influence and foster trust with hiring teams.
Demonstrated experience creating and executing a metrics-driven recruiting strategy for a national organization.
Undergraduate degree in business, human resources, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
