InstantMD, a Spokane, WA-based company, is seeking a licensed medical provider to join our team of professionals on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate has working knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries. InstantMD sees worker injuries both in-person and via telemedicine, as well as performing DOT physicals and medical surveillance exams such Asbestos, Chromium and Silica exams.
This position requires the provider to work in concert with professional colleagues in a team practice setting.
Excellent personal relations skills are imperative. The successful candidate must possess the ability to communicate with IMD customers; all levels of management, a variety of health professionals, employee groups, claimants and individuals. Excellent verbal and composition skills are required. The ability to speak to small groups is strongly desired.
Knowledge of current occupational health practices including medical surveillance and wellness screening is desired. Disability management and understanding of Washington worker’s compensation rules and regulations is also desired.
