We are on the lookout for a talented Office Assistant who can skillfully manage debit/credit notes, truck invoices, freight invoices, and forwarder invoices. This position requires someone who can ensure impeccable accuracy and swiftness in handling financial records and reports. Duties and Responsibilities:
-Perform data entry
-Inputting invoicing
-Collections
-Per Diems
-Create spreadsheets as required
-Send Statements
- Perform any other duties assigned to you
Requirements and Characteristics:
- Relevant administrative experience
-Experience with QBO (preferred but not required)
-10-key touch
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel
-Accuracy
-Detail oriented
-Organized
-Positive attitude
-Quick learner
-Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
-Maintain confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of labor laws (preferred but not required)
