Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In home caregivers and CNA's. In these roles you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, seniors, or adults in need of care. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or patient care is preferred
- Experience working with disabled individuals or seniors is a plus
- Knowledge of first aid procedures is beneficial
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and staff
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- For CNA - certification required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
