So we can continue to help others love how they live in moments that matter, the iconic brand is looking for a driven and passionate professional to raise the bar and join our Construction department as a Senior Project Manager - Construction, located in our Northbrook, IL corporate office.

The Senior Project Manager - Construction is responsible for leading the construction of real estate projects across a national portfolio consisting primarily of retail, office, and warehouse facilities. Successfully manage multiple projects within authorized budgets, schedules, and design standards. Maintain excellent leadership of and communication with internal and external project stakeholders.

Manage 5-7 simultaneous projects across a national real estate portfolio.
Responsible and accountable for project’s adherence to approved budget and schedule.
Conduct detailed existing conditions surveys of potential properties with focus on building structure and envelope, MEP/FP/FA systems, and potential code violations.
Lead meetings with municipal planning/zoning/building/fire authorities concerning the project and manage the permitting process.
Estimate total project costs, establish project cost reporting, and lead collection of all funds owed.
Create, update, and publish the critical path schedule for the project.
Thoroughly review and edit project contract documents prior to bid.
Author all consultant, contractor, and supplier agreements and contracts.
Create material take-offs and orders for all owner-furnished materials.
Prepare and manage all competitive bid packages, bid review meetings, and value engineering.
Inspect work in progress and the completed project with bi-weekly site visits and update reports.
Manage the document retention protocol, warranty period, and statute of limitations for the project.
