About the Position & Candidate:
We are looking for candidates to help grow and connect with new agencies and brands across regional sales territories. This is a new business development position; if you are a sales professional and you are looking for a new opportunity - and you are not afraid to pick up the phone and call new prospects - then please contact us! We are looking for a creative minded individual with a strong operational understanding who can take the networks we offer and more importantly the ideology behind the networks and create relevance to brands and agencies alike. This is truly a sky’s the limit position for the correct candidate. Our perfect candidate will be a high energy, intrinsically motivated individual looking to develop and maintain relationships with brands as well as media buyers and planners in their region. This person will be a relentless prospector, proficient account manager, have strong telecommunication, and customer service skills while being able to quickly establish rapport with prospective clients and constantly seeking new clients and opportunities. This person will work well with a team but excels when given an opportunity to take the assets available and think outside the box to constantly create new meaningful ideas and opportunities for brands. PAY & DETAILS:
$60,000 - $70,000 Salary – Based on industry experience.
Commission on all Sales

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Advertising and media experience is a plus, especially out-of-home media experience.
· 4 Year college degree or similar work experience
· Excellent Communication Skills.
· Naturally outgoing and sociable

PRIMARY DUTIES:
· Relationship prospecting (Cold Calling/ Daily Email Prospecting)
· Develop, nurture, & grow client relationships
· Campaign Conception
· Regional Account Management – 1 week travel every 90 days
· Customer service
· Working with Operations Team on campaign success
· Contract negotiation
· Responsible for Driving New Business & Maintaining and growing Current Accounts
· Hunting and farming Relevant Opportunities
· Proposal creation & delivery
· Opportunity lifecycle management
