This is a full-time, in-house position located in Boca Raton, FL. Freelance, contract, or remote workers need not apply.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) with an emphasis in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or 2 or more years of experience in content management
  • Experience overseeing workflow for a team of multiple writers
  • Experience in onpage SEO
  • Experience working to achieve digital marketing goals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent grasp of spelling and grammar
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Experience editing sales and lead-focused marketing collateral
  • Knowledge of on-page SEO strongly recommended, including headline structure and optimization, usage of lists and whitespace, meta tags, image optimization, internal linking, URL best practices, conceptual understanding of LSI keywords and WDF*IDF
  • Understanding of analytics to understand content performance and optimize to achieve objectives is strongly recommended
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Working knowledge of Wordpress and basic HTML

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with SEO Specialists and Digital Content Writers to develop and execute content strategies designed to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales
  • Leverage inter-department communication to drive production of high-quality content
  • Proofread, edit and optimize a high-volume of content to reach marketing goals
  • Understand and maintain brand voice, client styleguides, quality standards, target audience segments, and value propositions for each client
  • Interface with Digital Content Writers on a daily basis, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help elevate produced work
  • Utilize project management tools to manage workflow for content production team, monitoring workload daily, and working with Project Managers monthly to ensure all content is scheduled according to client needs and priorities
  • Analyze content analytics to assess and optimize performance
  • Publish content via Wordpress and other CMS platforms
  • Contribute to departmental growth and success with your ideas for improved quality, efficiency, etc.
