Parkview Apartments and Harvest Woods Apartments is seeking a Full Time Resident Manager for a well maintained apartment community that provides affordable housing to families.

Qualified Resident Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the property’s daily operations and management, with a detailed focus on account receivables and servicing our residents.

The Resident Manager places our residents’ needs, requests, and follow-up as a top priority.

The Resident Manager should always maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist with the preparation of weekly status reports as well as recommendations for changes to pricing or leasing specials
  • Assist with the implementation of resident retention programs
  • Ensure staff member comply with corporate policies and government laws on Fair Housing
  • Ensure confidentiality of client, resident and company information
  • Assist the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property
  • Assist with regular inspections of the community
  • Oversee the timely collection of rental and misc. income due from current and former residents
  • Ensure accuracy of daily bank deposits and account data entry
  • Manage resident accounts and closely monitor delinquencies
  • Prepare delinquency report and recap collection efforts
  • Process evictions

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Prefer 1 year experience in Property Management or related
  • Accounting and/or bookkeeping experience a plus
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to generate written correspondence, reports and documentation
  • Flexibility and ability to relate effectively with a variety of individuals
  • Strong verbal communication and team-work ability
