As a member of the Lucchese leadership team, the Sales Lead is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in creating the conditions for success in all aspects of their store’s business, including training all sales professionals; executing store strategy to deliver annual field priorities, and facilitating an elevated customer experience. The Sales Lead supports the Store Manager in sharing the vision for the store, communicating in a way that each employee is aware of their contribution to the store’s success.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- +1 year of retail management experience
- Customer experience focused
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results
- Planning and prioritization skills

- Basic technology experience
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move with purpose and maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office
- Open availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays
