The ideal culinary professional will have a solid work history that includes experience butchering beef, pork, poultry as well as fish as would be expected from a Brennan's kitchen.

Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment
Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
Cut, bone, or grind pieces of meat
Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards
Rotate products to reduce the chance of any meat spoiling to reduce waste and loss of profits.
Cure, smoke, tenderize and preserve meat.
Great attitude and work ethic.
