RDS is seeking a Human Resources Administrator for Northern California. Will assist the Human Resources Manager in all areas of HR. Responsible for providing human resources related services. First point of contact for employees. Conduct new hire orientations in person and via Skype. Uses Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel on a regular basis. In summary, this person is an entry level Generalist involved in all areas of the Human Resources Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares and Replenishes New Hire and Workers? Compensation Packets
Conducts New Hire Orientation sessions in person and/or Skype
Assists Employees with accurate completion of New Hire Paperwork
Assists Employees in Registration to ADP and Benefit Selections
Assists Employees with updates to their ADP account (change of address, direct deposit, etc.)
Completes and sends Termination paperwork (termination letters/requests for final checks, etc.)
Assists Leadership with the preparation of Injury Reporting
Updates Jobs Posting Board to reflect open positions
Is the ?Go-To? person for all HR related questions and/or concerns
Attends Leadership meetings to better support the team
Manipulates Safety Data to create comprehensive reporting, including charts and pivot tables
Continuously revises SDS Binder to reflect current inventory
Conducts yearly Audits of SDS Binder and updates Master Listing
Supports the Safety Program by frequently attending and sometimes facilitating the weekly Safety Meetings
Communicates all high-level concerns to HR Manager immediately
Integrates fully in assigned Special Projects

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

What we need from you:
High School Diploma or Degree in related field or equivalent combination
2 ? 4 years Human Resources experience
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and management
Proficient in WORD, Excel, PowerPoint
Team player with a high level of confidentiality
Highly organized, efficient and professional
Must be highly confidential
Must display a sense of urgency
