THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to ongoing business growth, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic administration assistant to join the Sales team. Reporting to the Director of Professional Learning, your primary focus would be to support the sales efforts through assisting the Professional Learning, Sales Intelligence, and Sales Support teams and other teams on a needs basis.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Supporting the Contracts Coordinator in the contract submission process ensuring consistency and accuracy;
  • Monitoring, researching and qualifying sales opportunities for the sales team;
  • Management and accurate maintenance of the information entered and stored within SalesForce;
  • Support the sales team through the development of quotes;
  • Coordinating with the sales team to support team meetings, large implementations and major events; and
  • Creating and administering the learning services campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

To be successful in this role, you will have an internal calm and be measured in your approach to work, be flexible and highly organised, forward thinking with a positive ‘can do’ attitude as well as:

  • Some experience (1+ years) in an administration role working with small to medium sized team, either internal or remote;
  • Qualifications in business or administration will be highly regarded but not essential;
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Sound demonstrated experience and knowledge using the tools in the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Discretion with the ability to understand and manage confidential information; and
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
