We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of the office environment.
Duties:
- Perform general office administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain organized files and records both electronically and in hard copy
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, managing phone systems efficiently
- Oversee calendar management for executives and staff
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent calendar management abilities
- Proficient phone etiquette and experience with phone systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.53 - $23.43 per hour
