Sr Finance Manager, Warehouse Finance at a Glance….
The Senior Finance Manager, Warehouse Finance position is a key finance role to support the company's efforts to deliver savings commitments throughout the Logistics Supply Chain. This person will be a key business partner to package owners, logistics leaders, and budget owners. They will take a leadership role in the budget, forecast, and results processes, and will work across the organization to create optimal processes and tools. Additionally, this person will Initiate analytical projects to identify savings opportunities, lead teams to deliver on savings commitments, and will work alongside other logistics finance heads to complete ad hoc analysis for US logistics’ asks.
What’s on the menu?
- Establish efficient financial processes (budgeting, forecasts, results)
- Creating financial models and implementing supporting tool to monitor KPI’s and lead discussions with POD leads to drive performance
- Gathering market and internal data to analyze trends and benchmarks
- Participates in the annual budget process and monthly forecast process; focused on identifying risks and opportunities
- Leads analytical projects to identify potential savings, partners with package owners and logistics leads to deliver savings
- Partners with functional teams to integrate budgets and forecasts into business reviews
- Own all OPEX/CAPEX related requests related to logistics
- Lead month-end close process and analysis of results
- Assist in valuations exercises for acquisition and divestiture related activities
- Streamline processes by using technology innovation and enhanced modeling capabilities
- Own product line profitability modeling for logistics cost
- Align and provide analysis to global functions on us logistics KPI/metrics

- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with proven track record of delivering results in sales, finance, or analytics
- Disciplined approach toward execution, attention to detail, and ability to navigate within large and complex data environment
- Experienced with month-end close, AOP and forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to maintain flexibility in an ever-changing environment
- Minimum 5 years’ Excel mastery and financial systems acumen preferring Hyperion Planning, Business Objects, SAP, and Tableau
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Experience leading others / direct reports
- Influencing skills and ability to work across the organization required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
